Johnny Money is a great little online game you can use to help teach your students or children the basics of starting and operating a business.

The game allows kids to select the name and type of business they want to operate. They can manage a basic loan, hire employees, buy inventory, set pricing, and invest in advertising. Each turn of the game represents a month in the life of an entrepreneur.

All in all, I thought it was a great way to start the discussion of the basics of business, and all the various issues that can come into play when you go into business for yourself.
